Thank You!

I found the awesome sketch for this card over at The Pixie Cottage
The challenge this week at Cute Card Thursday was to use "ribbon."
A "thank you card" was the challenge this week at Creative Inspirations
Paper Sundaes challenged us to "Distress" our cards this week. I just recently found their site and I do so love the stamps they have there. Please go check them out!
"Embossing" was the challenge this week over at Sophisticat Challenges
I think this card also qualifies for this weeks challenge at Crazy 4 Challenges. 3 different textures...the embossing, the ribbon and the textured cardstock would be my 3.
Another challenge this qualifies for is over at Crafty Creations..."Cut it Out and Pop it Up" I cut out the Tilda image and popped her with pop dots.
Over at Lexi's Creations the challenge is "Anything Goes" so I am sure this card qualifies for that as well...lol

Thanks once again to all the awesome ladies that come up with these challenges.

Happy Birthday Sarah!

My daughters birthday is tomorrow the 19th. I can't believe she is going to be 24. Where does the time go? Here is the card I made just for her! (the cardstock is actually pink...not the salmon color it looks in the photo)

This card qualifies for a few challenges that I found.
The sketch I used came from Sketch and Stash Challenge 29. This is the very first time I have used this stamp.
At Magnolia Down Under their challenge this week was Buttons, flowers and bows...and of course...use a Magnolia stamp. I just love my Magnolia stamps!
At Paper Sundaes the challenge was " A Glittery Spring" I added stickles to her wings and the design on the paper is glittery. I am really looking forward to spring!
Another "Spring" challenge was found over at A Spoonful Of Sugar.
The Cuttlebug Challenge this week was to use stitching. I am just starting to use it on my cards so this was a perfect challenge for me. I like the look!
The Crafty Creations challenge was also to use stitching. I have a feeling that stitching will be added to all my cards from now on!
Stitching was also the challenge this week over at SophistiCat.
Thanks once again to all the ladies that come up with these awesome challenges each week!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Here is the Valentine card I made for my hubby. We went out for supper last night and shopping at Hobby Lobby...what a great way to spend time together! (Ok....we went to Bass Pro too....for him!)
At Cute Card Thursday their challenge this week was "In the name of Love"
Make "Love" themed creations.
This card also qualifies for this weeks challenge over at Daring Cardmakers.
Have a heart. Use a heart shape on your card.
Another challenge I am entering this card in is over at Dutch Dare Card Challenges where their challenge was to make a Valentine card.
The choice of colors for this card was a challenge over at the Colour Create Challenge Blogspot Be sure and pop over there to see what they are doing to celebrate their first Birthday!
At Lily of the Valley this week, their challenge was to make a Valentine.
Simon Says Stamp also had a "LOVE" themed challenge this week.
This awesome sketch came from the Friday Sketchers Blog Challenge. Thanks for another great sketch to work with.
To all of those with such fantastic blogs....thanks so much for all of the challenges...they really get me in the creative mood!
